Keep Up With Us!
The foundation of Southern Rich's is family. It is not just a family business but a family way of life. The southern heritage that has been given us is rich, but not so much in the tangible treasures of life, but the intangibles. The true treasures that have been handed down, have been those that do not define one's bank account but one's heart and character. Through the example set by parents and grandparents through the years, we have learned the value of hard work, discipline, service to community, devotion to family and faith, compassion for those less fortunate and the immeasurable blessings that a life of love and integrity brings. Aside from our actual products, we have found a presence in several venues where we can share "treasures for the heart" in various ways and means. Our greatest desire is to make a difference in some way each day! We hope that you take time to keep up with us and visit "a spell" as our matriarch Mama Rich used to say.
We hope that each time you enjoy your "Southern Rich's" creation that you are reminded of your true treasures and the treasures you are depositing into the lives of others. We truly appreciate you visiting our shop today and hope that you will also "drop in" for a visit the next time you are on Facebook as well!
Through your support in purchasing a Southern Rich's treasure, we have made a commitment to use proceeds, products and resources to bless others with treasures that are immeasurable. 10% of each purchase goes into the "Blessings For Belles" Foundation. Take a moment to read more about our vision for this worthy endeavor.
There is never a shortage of stories to tell about life down South. Come and "sit a spell" with us sometime and hear more about life with the Rich's through the "Southern Drawl" blog.
We love visiting with y'all! If sitting on the porch talking about "all things southern" suits your fancy, then join us in the "Southern Drawl" community on Facebook!
The heart of Southern Rich's is not to acquire wealth or make a living but to make a difference. This began with our initial outreach that we call Encouragement Enterprises. EE began as a simple newsletter to a few family and friends and quickly grew to an "encouragement movement" with a presence on Facebook, Google, Twitter and Pinterest with several thousand followers. It is just a simple message and a simple idea - "Together we make a difference. You matter and YOU ARE LOVED!"
Should you need a quiet moment before you start your day or a peaceful one at the end of the day, check out the motivational blog for Encouragement Enterprises.
If you are a natural born encourager, then by all means join the "encouragement movement" on Facebook! We love folks who love nothing more than to "pay forward" encouragement, hope and smiles!
The southern way of life for Starla means more than just manners, etiquette, respect and appreciation for true "treasures." It also means seeing not only the value in others, but their potential. Starla learned from the time she was a tiny curly-haired, big brown-eyed girl, that she had the capacity to "make a difference" - as we all do! It is just a "heart thing" each of us possess - to live a life beyond our little world. Follow Starla across social media through her blog site and enjoy her versatile ways of "making a difference." Enjoy!
Anyone who knows the Rich family knows that we love a good conversation. It just seemed natural for Starla to take that love of conversation to another level and express her heart through written word. Her books and materials are available right here in our online store, but you may also read more about them through her author bio on Amazon. We hope you will purchase here of course! But do spread the word and take a moment to give a review and rating on Amazon. We would appreciate it much!
For those of you who are Facebook fanatics, Starla also has an author page on Facebook. There, you can keep up with her latest publications, articles, book events, column and blog posts and more! Hope to see you soon!
Aside from sharing about life in the South, Starla shares her own personal health journey through various venues. She is a guest blogger for FibromyalgiaLivingtoday and is also a contributing writer to the newlifeoutlook online publication and network.
